Gwen Crawford has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Retail Officer, succeeding Karen Serinis who retired in December of 2023. Crawford who joined Canandaigua National Bank and Trust (CNB)in 2007 previously served as Director of Retail Services.

Crawford has over 27 years in the financial services industry. She joined CNB in 2007 as the Community Office Manager in the Henrietta office, before becoming a Retail Regional Manager. She became Director of Retail Services in 2023. In her new role as Executive Vice President, she will be responsible for the strategic vision of the Retail Services Division.
