Did you know in the Online Banking Center you can change your password? There is no set time period that requires you to change your password, but password maintenance is a good security practice for any online account.
How: Select ‘Security Options’ from the ‘Preferences’ menu. By default the ‘Password’ tab is already selected on the ‘Security Options’ page. On the right are the ‘Password Requirements’. Enter your ‘Old Password’, ‘New Password’, and new password again to ‘Confirm Password’. Press ‘Submit Password Change’ to receive a confirmation message, above the ‘Password’ tab. Now, your password is changed for both the Online Banking Center and if mobile enrollment was completed, the Mobile Banking App.
