Did you know that occasionally an account will need a manual update in CNBudget Central? This is important to know when you have an account that is not updating and may require additional action.
How: From the ‘CNBudget Central’ tab, select ‘Accounts Overview’ to view your ‘Account Summary’ page. If you have an account showing a yellow caution icon, select the arrow to the right of that icon for a drop-down list and choose ‘Manual Update Required’. This should bring that account up-to-date. At times there may be something different than a manual update needed, such as a required password change. In this instance, when you see the yellow caution icon, select ‘Edit Site’ from the drop-down list and make the necessary adjustments to bring your account up-to-date.
