Online Banking Tip of the Day: Use Mobile App to Cancel a Scheduled Transfer

Did you know with the Mobile Banking App you can cancel a scheduled transfer?  This is a quick and easy way to cancel an upcoming scheduled transfer, whenever and wherever you are.
How:  Log on to the app and from the home screen, select ‘Review Online Activity’ to view transfers you have scheduled in the Online Banking Center and Mobile Banking App.  For ‘Filter By’, select ‘Status’, then choose ‘Active’, and press ‘Submit’ to list only your active transfers.  Or use the criteria you find best.  Once you locate the transfer, select it to view the ‘Transaction Details’.  If it is the transfer you want to cancel, press ‘Cancel’, then press ‘Yes’ to confirm your selection and receive confirmation it has been cancelled.
