Mr. Barker has 25 years of banking experience.  He joined CNB as a Commercial Loan Officer in 2004 after holding commercial lending positions at First National Bank of Rochester and M&T Bank.  He started his career at Central Trust Co. in 1985 in the Retail Collections Department before joining the Commercial Credit department in 1986.  Since then he has held a variety of positions providing commercial services to small and middle market companies in the Greater Rochester area.
