Michelle Pedzich is Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Canandaigua National Bank and Trust. Mrs. Pedzich is responsible for managing the Human Resources Department, including developing strategic initiatives and communicating and executing human resources throughout all levels of the organization.

Mrs. Pedzich was previously the Director of Compliance and Training for HR Works, Inc. where she managed the development of employee handbooks, the HR Works Employer Helpline, the HR compliance audit program, and the training program. She has an extensive business background with over fifteen years of experience focusing on delivering optimal business, compliance, and human resource “best practice” solutions that take into consideration legal requirements and budgetary constraints.

Mrs. Pedzich has also participated in several public speaking engagements and conferences covering a wide range of human resources topics.

Mrs. Pedzich resides in Canandaigua with her husband and daughter.
