CNB Enhanced Security Login

Non-Trusted Computer Login

After you've set up your Enhanced Security Login (if you haven't, this step requires completion of the Security Questions setup step first), each time you login the Online Banking server will check to see if the computer you're using has been registered.

When you log in from an unregistered computer you will need to answer a security question in order to complete your login.

  1. Log into CNB Online Banking from the home page or from the Online Banking login page.
  2. You'll be taken to the "Security Question Required" page and presented with one of your Security Questions.
  3. Enter the correct answer to the Security Question.
  4. Make sure that the "Enable this computer with my Digital Certificate for future secure and convenient online banking." option is left unchecked.

  6. Select "Continue with authentication process" to proceed to CNB Online Banking.
