A Rosamond Zatyko “Roz” is the Executive Vice President whose responsibilities include oversight of Credit Risk, Corporate Risk, Audit and Compliance.  She has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. 

Originally from the Boston area Roz started her banking career with Fleet National Bank in their commercial underwriting group.  She then joined the Treasury Department as an OCC Federal Bank Examiner where she examined both regional and community banks.  In 1994 she arrived at CNB as the Commercial Credit Administrator her responsibilities included general oversight of loan asset quality and the assessment of the adequacy of the loan loss reserves.  She was promoted in 2010 to the role of Chief Credit Risk Officer responsible for the management of Commercial, Consumer and Mortgage portfolio credit risk.

Roz resides in Pittsford, NY with her husband and two daughters.
