Frank is President and Chief Executive Officer of Canandaigua National Bank & Trust and its parent company, Canandaigua National Corp. in Canandaigua, NY. He joined Canandaigua National in 2004, as a member of the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Canandaigua National, Frank was a local defense attorney for more than a decade. Frank is a graduate of Canandaigua Academy and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont, and his law degree from Albany Law School.
Frank is fifth generation of the Hamlin family to lead the company. He is the great, great grandson of Frank H. Hamlin (I), who was the first President of the Bank in 1887.
