Gwen became the Executive Vice President, Chief Retail Banking Officer in January 2024, whose responsibilities include management of CNB’s 25 branches, the Call Center, and Business Development Officers. Gwen currently has over 27 years in the financial and banking services industry. She joined Canandaigua National Bank & Trust in 2007 as the Community Office Manager of our Henrietta branch. In 2011, she was appointed the Pittsford Area Retail Regional Manager. In 2023, Gwen was promoted to Senior Vice President, Director of Retail Services. During her tenure she had many responsibilities, all of which include ensuring a high-level delivery of customer experience that is recognized uniquely as “Canandaigua National Bank” through all customer delivery channels.
