Katie Gross has 14 years of banking experience in various different roles within the Rochester market. Katie focuses on delivering local strategies and tactics surrounding the client experience and developing and deepening of customer relationships. Her responsibilities include, building both personal and business relationships, originating consumer and business loans and delivering exceptional customer experience. Katie is committed to understanding her client’s needs and introducing them to colleagues in Commercial Services, CNB Mortgage Company, CNB Wealth Management and CNB Insurance Agency.

She attended the University of Central Florida . Katie is currently serving on the Board of the Greece Regional Chamber of Commerce.
